The Swan
The Swan, in Thornbury High Street welcomes walkers. The back room is especially welcoming and serves delicious and filling meals. This is also a splendid place to stay with generous breakfasts.
Trust Green
Open Space Management Company manages the open spaces around the Miller Homes development, including two pieces of Ancient Semi Natural Woodland, which have been opened up for sensible access. There are splendid footpaths around the site. They also given us admin support.
Thornbury Museum
Run by volunteers, the Thornbury Heritage Trail is the most obvious contribution to walking in Thornbury. However, keep your eyes open for their excellent guided walks around town.
St Mary Centre
The St Mary Centre is a welcoming focus for the town with cafes and restaurants to relax in after a walk. Just next to the bus stops.
